The Fall of the Creative Class

The creative class fell less than a decade after the rise of generative AI. Designers and photographers. Writers and composers. Actors and musicians. One by one, they succumbed to ever-more advanced software. 

By 2030, an intern in a movie producer’s office using AI tools could create a blockbuster movie in hours. By 2040 the combination of AI and robotics performed every job humans once held.

That’s how we arrived at today’s utopia. The abundance created by AI-fueled automation liberated our ancestors from their servitude as wage slaves. Integration with pervasively networked AI led to our evolution from Homosapien to Homosuperior.
